It started with a curated marketing, offering customised housing plans, and in drones hundrends of Kenyans bought in the idea oblivious of doing checks and balances. Most were promised stand alone massionnates overlooking the lush Runda opulence.
Today, even after parting with millions and paying millions to Miliki Space Properties Limited, they have nothing to show. The projects have stalled and the directors of Miliki Space Properties are living large even after defrauding innocent Kenyans millions and delivering nothing.
Miliki Space is owned by Martin Njoroge and Milkah Ndegwa. Mr. Ndegwa is the chief executive officer while Ms. Ndegwa is the managing director. The investors claim that the two have gone into hiding after collecting millions and delivering air .The most affected project is Thindigua off-plan project in Kiambu county.

Martin Njoroge is not new to controversy, he worked as the chief executive of Nyumbani Concepts where the company collected money from the investors and never delivered houses to the investment
He would later exit and set up Miliki Space Properties Limited with insiders claiming he is closing down to set up another company.

”We have been to all media houses seeking to have our grievances aired and get our refund but nothing has been aired or published . Martin Njoroge and Milkah Ndegwa survive on bribes. We had taken loans to buy the property and it is sad we are survicing loans yet we have nothing to show,” said one of the investors identified as M.N .He refused to be identified fearing victimisation.
