There was drama yesterday during the burial service for Joseph Kiburu a teacher at Ndekei Pcea, Gituamba ward, Gatundu North this is after former Gatundu North Member of Parliament Patrick Muiruri together with mourners clashed with Gatundu North Member of Parliament Elijah Kururia , a key ally of President William Ruto telling off the legislator and insisting that Mount Kenya region is against 2 term, a slogan that means majority are opposed to Ruto’s second term.
In a video that has gone viral, Mr Muiruri is seen asking Mr Kururia to stand up and openly telling him he should be on the side of the people, with former legislator going ahead to inform the mourners that he is the one who educated Mr Kururia through the CDF when he served as the member of Parliament for Gatundu North.
